Guest Services

Guest services is our friendly ministry that is strategically placed to be the first thing you see before you enter the sanctuary for the worship service.  This is the place where you will get a friendly greeting and any directions or where children meet for their age appropriate gathering.  My prayer is you will even get escorted!!

Resource Center

Resource Center is our ministry to keep people “in the know” for guests and attenders.  From time to time you will see this be referred to as the RC.  Here you will find resources to help you grow spiritually, or it’s a place to sign-up for special events, order or pick-up messages from the worship service, sign up for our Share Program or simply ask any question you may have.

Welcome Ministry

Welcome Ministry is a team of volunteers that grows numerically every year dedicated in serving the Lord and our church.  We are reliable and visible at every event that happens at ECW.  Whether it’s Christmas on the Corner, Sunday mornings, Easter, special events or concerts; we are in place. Welcome Ministry is a great way to begin serving especially if you are new to the church!

Hosts

Hosts will greet you once you are in the building entering the worship service. Here you will be handed a Sunday morning program and warm smile.  We have open seating, but if you would like help finding a seat, a host will be happy to usher you to the perfect seat.  They are available to answer any question you may have, help direct you to our restrooms or simply make you feel welcome!  Once a month (most of the time, the 1st Sunday of the month) they serve Communion during our service.  Another great way to get involved with low commitment.
