Care Ministry

The Care Ministry is one of the ways we put our faith in action by reaching out to those in need. It is for those people who do not have a support group to help during difficult times. Whether illness or a death, transportation need, or times of discouragement, we are called to care for one another.

We offer:

  • Meals: for those who are recovering from surgery, injury or any short-term situation where cooking would be difficult
  • Cards of encouragement: Hand-written cards of encouragement are given to individuals in order to give a tangible expression of Christ’s love and the hope we have in Him. Provide us with a name and an address and in addition to sending them a card, we will pray for that person and their specific situation of need.
  • Emergency Food: Provides food boxes once a quarter for those in need. Contact the church office for specific details and limitations.
  • Hospital Visits
  • Rides: We offer rides to local medical appointments for those who are unable to drive or where using public transportation is not feasible.
