The Care Ministry is one of the ways we put our faith in action by reaching out to those in need. It is for those people who do not have a support group to help during difficult times. Whether illness or a death, transportation need, or times of discouragement, we are called to care for one another.
- Meals: for those who are recovering from surgery, injury or any short-term situation where cooking would be difficult
- Cards of encouragement: Hand-written cards of encouragement are given to individuals in order to give a tangible expression of Christ’s love and the hope we have in Him. Provide us with a name and an address and in addition to sending them a card, we will pray for that person and their specific situation of need.
- Emergency Food: Provides food boxes once a quarter for those in need. Contact the church office for specific details and limitations.
- Hospital Visits
- Rides: We offer rides to local medical appointments for those who are unable to drive or where using public transportation is not feasible.
